This action research project develops the occupational well-being of health care teachers in international co-operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partners: University of Eastern Finland, Department of Nursing Science (leading) and University of Tartu, Department of Nursing Science in collaboration with Tartu Applied Health Sciences University and Tallinn Health Care College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uefconnect.uef.fi\/en\/group\/developing-occupational-well-being-of-health-care-teachers-in-estonia-%e2%80%93-participatory-action-research-2021%e2%80%932023\/\">Link to the project website in University of Eastern Finland<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tervis.ut.ee\/sites\/default\/files\/tervis\/project_description_devoloping_occupational_wellbeing.pdf\">Link to the project website in University of Tartu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health care teachers actively participated in the project-related occupational well-being survey. A warm thank you to everyone involved! Moodle course in Digicampus \u201dKoolitus t\u00f6\u00f6heaolust haridust\u00f6\u00f6tajatele\u201c has started in Digicampus Moodle environment. All health care teachers have received an invitation to the course in their email addresses. The course contains short videos, written material and optional reflective thinking assignments.
